Most training starts with the slide. I start with the conflict.

If you hear a model before you have wrestled with what it is for, you do not actually hear it. If you have felt how the same situation can tip three different ways, you listen to the model like an answer.

Three pillars carry the work:

  • Improvisational theatre — working with what is actually in the room. Not with what you prepared.
  • Nonviolent Communication — separating trigger from cause. Reading the needs underneath the behaviour.
  • Systemic Leadership — Leadership as an organisational phenomenon. Living systems, not machines. Connecting and deciding under complexity.
