The most expensive conversations are the ones that never happen.
In-house training for corporates and mid-market companies. Conflict, negotiation, difficult conversations.
You bring your real cases. We work through them in the room. Whoever leaves has had the conversation they had been avoiding.
30 minutes, no pitch.

Three ways to work together
You bring the situation. I bring method and dramaturgy. No textbook case studies, no slide deck. What we train is what is actually happening in your team.
When a team or a leader needs to step into the conflict — not around it. One to three days in-house. Composed arc, no slide deck.
See topicsFor the one conversation you have been putting off. We prepare it together, rehearse it, sharpen the opening. No navel-gazing. Clear analysis, direct work.
Learn moreWhen the conflict has taken on a life of its own and the conversation itself has become the problem. I hold the process. You find the form you can carry on with.

Most training starts with the slide. I start with the conflict.
If you hear a model before you have wrestled with what it is for, you do not actually hear it. If you have felt how the same situation can tip three different ways, you listen to the model like an answer.
Three pillars carry the work:
You bring the situation from your work that you could not shake. That is what we work on, not invented examples.
Then discussion, exercise, or role-play. Anyone who wants more can read.
Where you stand, how you sit, who is facing whom: this changes the conversation. We use that.
Training topics
Conflict is not an operational glitch. It is information. Read it early and you can steer, before escalation takes over the conversation.
Most negotiations don't fail at the offer. They fail when positions get defended. We train what lies underneath.
The conversation you keep putting off. Clarity without losing trust. FEED, NVC, four-sides communication — as tools, not as a checklist.
Yes-And as a leadership stance. Really listening. And: when a clear No is the stronger answer. Improv theatre as a training lab for leading under uncertainty.
