Play recommendations
- Speak only when asked, or when something is definitively wrong.
- Consistently translate statements into factual information.
- Ask for numbers, data, facts, criteria and sources.
- Separate observation from interpretation.
- Relativise generalisations and exaggerations.
- Stay explanatory and sober in your reactions.

Body language
- Hunch slightly and avoid movement.
- When nervous, you fidget unconsciously (foot-tapping etc.).
- You stare into space and look for grounding in notes etc.
- Keep distance from people.
- Avoid eye contact.
- Your voice is monotone – sometimes brittle.
